Yoga and Meditation Classes

Enjoy the gentle flowing movement of Dru yoga and meditation with pranayama (directed breathing), asanas and sequences to bring balance and natural rhythm back to the body; each session finishes with a deep restorative relaxation.

With an emphasis on relaxation and stress reducing techniques and strategies that you can do on and off your yoga mat.

Dru yoga is for every body, every age and everyone.

Private yoga and meditation sessions available by appointment; face to face or by zoom. Limited places at small personalised weekly group yoga classes available. All sessions are for 90 minutes.
